Robert has over 18 years catering experience. At his peak in 2007, he managed a team of 26 chefs for an organisation of over 1100 staff. His catering experience has ranged from bulk to exclusive fine dining. He has received commendation from customers ranging from Royalty to senior members of parliament.

His decision to establish himself within Brownlow House has provided the opportunity to run his own business. Robert is motivated by a challenge and the will to succeed, qualities essential to ensure unrivalled service and choice to all customers who book Brownlow House.
